Fixed it for you :)

Your CSS code (at the bottom) didnt had the URL of the image.

The thing is, if you use CSS codes, the normal basic settings dont work (the CSS overrides that) So if you upload an image, you need to right click it and then click VIEW IMAGE, then copy the URL and put it in the CSS code ( background-image: http://outsparkclub.com/file/pic/user_bg/Kindagon.jpg; )
